Getting a Replacement or Refund:

- To qualify, you need to show proof of the damage or defect, like photos.
How to Get a Replacement or Refund:
- Email us at support@naissanceprints.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the damage or defect.
- Once we review and approve your request, we’ll sort out your replacement or refund.
Refunds:
- If we approve your refund, we’ll process it, and you’ll get a credit to your original payment method within 7 days
- Refunds cover the item’s purchase price and any shipping costs.
Replacements:
- If we approve your replacement, we’ll ship a new item to you for free.
- We’ll let you know once it’s shipped and provide tracking info.
Documentation and Claims:
- To help with our insurance claims, please take clear, detailed photos of the damage.
- Keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim is sorted, as they might be needed for inspection.
